My career coach said the fee for his services are tax deductible. How/where do I enter that information?

Career Coaches are not tax deductible.

They are wrong.  You paid for this advice?

Work expenses are no longer deductible for W-2 employees.  For self-employed, expenses are deductible that are “ordinary and necessary” for that type of work.  For example, a hair dresser can deduct scissors, hair dye, and chair rental.

Training to maintain your skills or certification for your current work can be deducted, but not training to qualify for a new line of work.  And I really can’t see any way that career coaching would be seen as “ordinary and necessary” to any career.
