My apartment number will not save

My apartment number will not save.  It's missing from the address.  I've tried multiple times and restarted the app, but the issue remains

When typing the apartment number into TurboTax, make sure to only enter the apartment number and letter (if applicable). Additional symbols, characters and words will cause an error. 

If the apartment number still will not save in the designated Apt box, you can add it to your street address so that it is included.

Neither of these worked.  It appears it's a glitch with the android app.  Updating it on a desktop browser worked.
