Daugher is disabled, receives social security and is divorced. Both parents share custody. How do we claim the children as dependents?

You may be able to claim your daughter's children as dependents. If you walk through the dependent's area in TurboTax, and put them in as your grandchildren, the program will ask you the appropriate questions to determine if they qualify. Your dependents (except for your children) cannot have more than $4050 in income for 2016, and you must have provided more than half their support for the year.
