My 3895 form shows only 8 characters for the Marketplace assigned policy number instead of 15 . It will not let me continue and gives me an error notice.

Part II- Coverage Information for State refund.
Where I provide info for form 3895, my policy number is only 8 characters instead of 15. It doesn't specify where the error is on the page so quite frankly I'm not sure where I need to fix either.

I re did the whole page and it went through this time.  I still don't know where the error was.  It would be nice if there was a way to know where to fix so we would not have to redo the whole page.

I am happy it went through to the next page though
