My 2017 taxes were rejected. How can I know how to fix them so the will not be rejected again?

I cannot see how to find out what I need to change. Can you help with that? Do I need to pay more for personal service? As in can I arrange to speak directly to a person who might help me?

If you didn't get an email, search on the reject message or code for instructions on how to fix the rejected issue.
