My 19 year old stepson didnt receive any stimulus money last year because his mom claimed him as a dependent. Is there a way I can recover it for him this year?

Tax dependents (or those who qualify to be dependents) are not eligible for stimulus payments.

Was he age 19, or age 18 on on 12/31/2020? Was he a full time student for at least 5 months in 2020? With whom did he live?

He was 19 on 12/31/2020. He was a student in 2020 and lived with us this year.

Then he is still a dependent.
