My 18 year old daughter made $4100 last year. they only withheld $37 in Fed Income Tax. If she filed a return would she get a refund? How would if affect my return?

It doesn't affect your return.  You can still claim her.  She can file to get the $37 back.

Online is only good for 1 return.  But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts.   How to start another return in the Online version      https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3288574
