My 17 yr old daughter only lived with her mom 5 wks last yr. The rest of the yr she lived with her fiance. She had a child in Nov. Who can legally claim her?

Assuming she has income of less than $4,050, she would be a dependent of whomever provided more than 1/2 of her support.  She would not be a dependent of her fiance because she is not his relative and did not live with him all 12 months of the year.
