My 1099-B form shows gain generated because treasury note I bought with discount in 2023 matured in 2024 and paid the face value. Is it exempt from Illinois tax?

If yes, where can I specify this income as state-exempt in TurboTax forms? 1099-B form doesn't have any options to mark gain as US government security related
