why do you think your taxes were 'completely' done wrong by Turbo Tax?

understand that this is a 'do it yourself' program where you are responsible for everything that is data entered.  

the guarentee will pay penalty and interest, but not the tax itself, if the software created the wrong answer.  HOWEVER, if what you data entered created the error, then Turbo Tax doesn't guarentee your data entry.

TurboTax provides software for you to prepare a "do-it-yourself" tax return.   If mistakes were made on your return, tell us what went wrong so we can help you amend your tax return.

TTX guarantees the mathematical accuracy of the return, based on the data entered and the selections made by the user.
