If i work 2 jobs for do I change my deductions for both employers

    Yes, you'll need to complete form W-4 and file it with both your jobs. This will ensure that enough Federal tax is withheld so that you don't incur underpayment penalty at tax time.

    The W-4 form is a form that you submit to your employer to allow him to calculate accurately the federal taxes to be withheld from each of your paycheck.

     

    The W-2 form is a tax form which reports to you (and the IRS) your earnings, withholdings, deductions, and other details for the tax year.
