Multiple Filings for one license

My 20 yr old child is filing this year, can he use my TurboTax license to file or do we have to purchase another software license? He does live with me.

If you installed the CD/download on your computer, anyone in your household can use the software that is on your computer. Just make sure your child uses the installed software instead of "logging in" to an online account. We see people do that by mistake a lot.

All he needs to do is open up the program from your hard drive, go to File, and click New Return. The tool bar should be at the TOP of the screen. If the tool bar is on the left side--he is messing up and using online by mistake.
