Multiple Accts with Charles Schwab

We have two accts - can I enter text such as Charles Schwab - 55

or will this cause problems with the IRS ?

or - enter the totals for both accts ?

... and keep a ledger re the details

Yes, you can add something at the end for each account you report on your taxes.  For example, I add my first name initial for my own account, then I add a "J" for our joint account at Schwab....   It helps keep it all straight as I review details before filing.
