I moved to another state ( from Oakland California to Las Vegas Nevada ) but I fly back on the weekends for work ( at employee discounted rate flights) what can I write off and what should I keep to help me save money? And where would I file taxes in California or Nevada

Nevada does not have an income tax, so that issue is off the table.

If you are a resident of Nevada and work in CA, you will be taxed on your income earned in CA as a non-resident.   There are no expenses associated with this situation that you are able to deduct.   Most Miscellaneous Deductions were taken away at the end of the 2017 tax year.
