Moving + Expecting First Child

Later this month my wife and I will be moving as well as expecting our first child in October.  Is there anything I can do in the rest of 2022 in order to reduce my tax liability for when we file?

Reducing  your tax liability is easy ... just  earn less income.  The new dependent will automatically increase your deductions or credits on the return   but has nothing to do with your tax liability.
