Mortgage Intrest Tax Deduction on Refinance

Hello,

I refinanced my mortgage in 2024 by doing a cash out refinance. A portion of the cash received was to consolidate high interest credit card debt and the other portion was used for home improvement projects (new HVAC, new flooring, etc). Is my mortgage interest still deductible for the new mortgage?

Only interest on the portion used to improve the home as long as the improvements:
