Morgan Stanley At Work Form 1099 will not import

When I provide my login for my Morgan Stanley at Work account it says "We can’t find any tax forms for this account." despite the form 1099 for my stock plan account being available and my account being enabled to share with TurboTax.

I have tried different browsers and that has only produced the same result. I have also tried disabling and re-enabling the setting to share tax forms with TurboTax. The workaround discussed in the post Morgan Stanley at Work Import to upload the form and enter summary figures would not work for me as this form contains RSU sales which need to have the cost basis adjusted. For this reason Turbotax highly recommends I enter sales individually. There are quite a few so I would like to avoid doing this manually.

Anyone have any suggestion here?
