MO Tax Form Not Opening

When trying to start my Missouri Tax form, I get a brief "Please wait" message, then nothing opens.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

I am using the desktop version of Turbotax Premier. I have completed the Federal forms. It is the Missouri Tax form that is not opening. I have checked for updates, with no results. When I go to start the MO. Tax form, I get a brief Please Wait.... message, and nothing loads. Not sure how sending me the instruction on how to load Turbotax is supposed to help.

Please help.
