There are no text options showing up under "Please select your choice below"

You should first clear the cache and cookies It handles many issues that seem nonsensical on a regular basis. First close your return and follow the steps below to see that you need to do depending on the version of TurboTax you are using:

- You can also try using a different browser
If using TurboTax Desktop: Please see this FAQ.
- Make sure you have ran all the updates

Hi, my turbotax desktop is updated but the question answers are still not showing up. Do you have any other suggestions?

Please let us know some more details in order to troubleshoot this issue:

Which version of the Desktop program are you using? Windows or Mac?
Which state return is involved?
Did you encounter a problem with the bank information screen of the federal or any other state return?
