Missing Info on 1099-B

Tax form has "0.000" in Quantity column and no entry in the "Cost or other basis" column. Total proceeds equal $3.20. Turbo Tax flagged this and I am not sure how to proceed. Any suggestions?

Enter a zero for the cost basis and a 0.1 for the quantity. That doesn't change anything and is correct and should get the software to recognize it.
