My wife and I both receive Social Security income. I received a SSA-1099 but my wife did not. Is there a way to download this information, or do we need to contact the social security administration. If we need to contact them how do we go about doing that?

You can get this online from the Social Security website easily. If you already have an account, log into your account. Create an account if you do not have one already.
Use the link provided by @DoninGA and @xmasbaby0 in earlier posts to access the form.
You will be able to print this immediately from your account.
