Get the below error. I have followed the instructions in the support page but still keep getting this same error:

I am also experiencing this error! when I click on "Go to My Info" there is no place there for me to enter my email address. I went to my account information and made sure my email address was listed there and it was.

Why am I being asked for my email before I can checkout?
This does not help! I have tried it several times. I’ve been on the phone with support for 30 minutes and they have no answer.
