Missing EIN to e-file

I am a live-in IHSS provider thus my income is non-taxable. In order to e-file the employer's EIN is required but because my employer is an IHSS recipient there is no EIN. Should I add my states EIN number instead, and will that allow me to e-file? I really don't want to file by mail again this year.

You need to contact the employer. They have a Federal EIN.
