I am missing a W2 from an employer. I got a Wage and Income Transcript from the IRS so I know the income information. I checked I have a special situation in the W2 section and filled out the info that I was missing the W2, tried to get it, etc. But TT won't let me file the return without the EIN even though I checked special situation and (I assume) Form 4852 is included in my return.

You will have to mail your return in if you can't get the identification number.
Can you get the EIN from your employer? Or do you have any prior-year W-2's or payroll stubs that may have your employer's EIN on them?
Unfortunately no, they are unresponsive and I only worked for them in 2024. I didn't download my pay stubs and now I am locked out of the system.
You will have to mail your return in if you can't get the identification number.
