Missing 2019 tax data file after turbotax software updates were applied

This has been a continuing problem with turbo tax.  The turbo tax updates move your files.  Where?

The same thing happened to me.  And obviously  to a lot of other people.

I don't understand why this can't be fixed.  It's been going on for years.

I am still waiting for an answer.

No one inadvertently moved their tax files.  The update moved them.  And turbo tax has no idea where.

Turbo Tax help still says NO ONE else has this problem. Only me.

Turbo Tax insists this doesn't happen.

I am 98% done with met 2022 return from downloaded TT; did an update just now and the TT file is gone. Looked at instructions here to find without luck. What is the solution, Intuit?
