Mint Premium Broken

I cannot get in touch with anyone, but since purchasing Mint Premium, the application crashes whenever I try to look at my spending month over month or use any of the premium about comparison (the only thing I wanted to use). I would really like a refund for the last few months of premium. 

I am fully updated. I have restarted my phone. I have replicated the issues multiple times over several months.
