I am unable to add my Primis New Digital Banking Checking & Savings.
Despite authenticating my username and password and generating a six digit SMS authentication code, I receive the following message:
“Something unexpected happened and we couldn't connect to your bank.“
I am instructed to verify my login credentials and to retry. (189)
Has anyone encountered this error or successfully connected their Primis New Digital Banking accounts?

Same issue. Read up on Reddit about it and seems to be a concurring thing with other users.
We do have a few issues with Primis connecting in Mint. In order to better resolve this, and get set up for a notification on when it will be resolved, please reach out to the Mint support team at the link above. @Zero3s
mint keeps taking me to the wrong website to connect [removed]. the web side should be going to [removed]. Received mint case [phone number removed] saying it was fixed but it is not.
