Yes, you can claim the unreimbursed moving expenses for a PCS move:

1. Log into TurboTax
2. Click "Federal Taxes" on the left
3. Click "Deductions & Credits" on top
4. Scroll down to  "Other Deductions & Credits" click "Show more"
5. Select "Moving Expenses"
6. Select "I’m (or my spouse is) a member of the Armed Forces and moved for a Permanent Change of Station (PCS)"
7. Continue through the questions
