Hello,
My Merrill Lynch Benefits account is not updating on Mint. I am able to log into the account but all of the accounts show zero balance, which I know is not correct.

Do you know if Mint has a forum like TurboTax? I know they used to, but I can no longer find it.
Mint chat seems to be available now. Maybe they closed down over the holiday weekend. (I know it says seven days a week, but maybe this was an exception.)

Can you please provide an update on this issue? It has been almost two months since I filed this request and I chatted with you twice, but the issue has not been fixed yet.
