Question

Medical Care Insurance- does box 12 code DD go here

this question  for Employees :"Amount paid for medical care insurance while you were an employee and your employer paid part of your medical care insurance. Do not include pre-tax amounts reported on Form W-2."

Do I add box 12 code DD information here?

No, that code DD is for your pre-tax medical costs and should not be included.
