no neither of you is a dependent of the other. you just file a joint return without dependents unless someone other then either of you qualifies as a dependent.
you will be required to file as Married Filing Joint. Both your income and your husbands will be included on the return, and you will be much better off with that filing status in that the standard deduction is higher than you could get as just Head of Household. It is also the legally required filing status, so you must do it that way.
