MAX Defend and Restore

I had already paid $50 for MAX and filed my tax returns. I didn't sign the consent form for MAX at the time of filing since your system sent me a note saying, "That's OK. If you change your mind, you can sign up later." How do I proceed with signing up now after I've already paid?
