J’ai commandé sur le site de Costco.ca le logiciel Turboimpôt en ligne de luxe TY21 ESD par erreur sous la plate-forme Windows pensant qu’il s’agissait du logiciel à télécharger pour produire les rapports d’impôt sur ordi. Mais non, c’est une production par internet. Vous est-il possible de m’échanger ce produit pour celui téléchargeable car celui en ligne est très difficile et je ne sais comment l’opéré.
