Married filing seperate

Even though you are married and filing separately, the tax form requires that you enter your spouse’s information as well.

So could I put our w2s together like when we filed jointly but just have it be filing separate. Or does my wife have to have her own tax program and we file like we are single?

No, you would only enter your W-2s and other tax information into your tax return.  Your wife will have a separate tax return (using a different TurboTax online account) where her W-2s and other tax information will be entered.
