Made only $6000, why do I owe $400 in federal? Is something broken?

In Feb, I attempted to file out my taxes and TT said I owed $0 in Federal.  It wouldn't let me file, however, as one form wasn't ready yet (it said check back at the end of February).

Today I logged in and I now owe $400 in Federal? As in I literally changed no values, just logged in to see if i can hit the file button and I now owe $400.

As a note, the total taxable income is $6000, well under the traditional $10,000 no-tax number.  Where is this coming from?

Is any portion of it from Self-employment? There is an additional tax of 15.3% on your profit. Also, if you had Form 8615 included, you may have been subject to additonal tax.

I believe form 8615/Schedule D has been filled out incorrectly, but I can't figure out how to "view" the forms to verify.

Made some calls and everyone is asking what I filled in these forms but they essentially appear ... hidden (I can delete them ... but not look at them?)

Do you know how I can look at this?
