I made a payment to Turbotax and did not proceed with using them. I would like my money back and it is hard to find my account. To remove me from thinking you are fraudulent, please access my account refund my money back and send me a receipt.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

You paid for the use of the software to prepare your return. There is no charge for actually filing the return. There is nothing to refund if you prepared your return and paid for that service. There was nothing to keep you from filing except your own decision not to do it, so nothing that is refundable.
