Mac Sierra won't open 2016 Turbotax CD

I had a similar issue with Sierra 10.12.2 and found no help on the website so I called. The first representative waisted 1.5 hours of my time and we were eventually disconnected without resolution but upon calling back a new rep sent a new download and the problem was easily resolved.
