MA Form 1 Line 39 Overpayment

My 2020 Massachusetts refund of $333 is showing up as a payment applied to my 2021 return.  I can't seem to change it in the forms.  Any suggestions

Yes, the section that applies this year's refund to next years estimated tax is:

For the state

1. Log in to the state
2. Continue through screens to You've Finished Your Massachusetts Return
3. Scroll to Other Situations
4. Do You Want to Pay Massachusetts Estimated Taxes for 2022?
5. Choose your option.

For Federal

1. At the top of the page Other Tax Situations
2. Scroll to Additional Tax Payments
   1. Select Apply Refund to Next Year
   2. Continue through several screens

   3. Get Your Refund Now or Apply It to Next Year's Taxes
