I am trying to efile my MA tax extension via your software. There is a form that asks us to indicate our consent to your filing for us by filling in the data for my wife and I (SS#s, date of birth). When i do that, all I get is a red message to say "consent and signature needed" and the only options I have are "back" and "edit". If I "edit", all the answers are still correct - I don't see any other fields to fill. And then if I hit continue, I get the same message over and over again.

I did not find a way to contact you via that link. Unless I want to subscribe to a more expensive service for live help. I don't think I should need to do that if the problem is a bug in the TurboTax user interface.
Please clear the cache and delete the cookies from the browser, and try to file once more. @tls67
