MA efile error

E-filing is rejected for state of MA due to error on Dependent form.  I have no dependents and entered none in any Easy Step question.  Tried to manually override number of dependents from "blank" to "0" but did not work,

    Leave it blank.  Do not add a zero.  Once that is completed we will clear your cookies and history.  Sounds like your computer may be experiencing a loop.  Let's clear your cookies, history and cache' then reboot.

    I solved the problem by deleting the MA form and restarting it.  The error then disappeared and I was able to file.  Thanks for the help.
