M1PR form

I started filing my taxes for the first time with TurboTax but had to stop when I got to the M1PR form because I don't have the final County tax form yet.  I just have the proposed tax form.  I was hoping I could skip that section and complete it later but it said I then didn't qualify for a return which I know I do.  If I complete the TurboTax for Fed and State returns can I go back in and do that form later?

Yes, you can file the form after filing your federal and state return. Form M1PR is filed separately from your Minnesota State Tax Return

To open your return after filing :

    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Scroll down to my Tax returns and Documents and click show.
    3. Click Add a state (you won't add a state; just to open the return)
    4. Select File from the left menu and go to step 3.
    5. Select to e-file the return.

     To add the form:

    1. Click on the State Taxes tab at the top/
    2. Continue/edit/revisit the Minnesota state return
    3. Get to the Let's Check for Minnesota Nontaxable Income screen. Select Yes, I want to see if I qualify for these tax benefits.
    4. Click continue until you arrive at the Other Forms You May Need screen. Confirm the Property Tax Refund (Form M1PR) box is checked, then continue.
    5. Fill out the form. If you have a refund, you'll be asked for direct deposit and state contribution info.
    6. Continue to Print Form M1PR. You'll mail it to the address provided on the screen.
