I assume that Lyft was not withholding taxes for your return, but was paying some tax for you.
Report these taxes as Taxes on your Schedule C.
As an aside, you should report your gross income on Schedule C, not the net income that Lyft gave you. Anything that Lyft took out should be deducted by you in the appropriate expense category on Schedule C. In this way, you don't pay tax on money you never received.
It was withheld for taxes said paperwork was not right it says on 1099-m to put down as taxes paid.
