Lousy support

I have a notice from the IRS that states that I have left out the forms 8960 and 8995 which is the duty of TurboTax to insert and forward to the IRS as they were remiss in not sending it with my taxes.  I have attempted to conta them through phone and email and cannot penetrate the roboitic answering system.  I am now dead in the water and can't get my refund because the support system is impenetrable.

TurboTax can't send missing forms for you.

you either open your return, print and mail those forms, or file an amendment,

according to the instructions in the letter from IRS.

with 1040-X you include only new or changed forms, so the effort is the same.

The problem is that TT should have included these form in the initial filing and I now have to make a detailed study myself and solve the problem.  I can and will do this but because I have spent a week attempting to talk to a live human being to get TT to do their duty I will not bother them in the future.  I have been a customer for 10 years but no more.
