Lost userid and password

I have my userid and password.  When I try to access to look at last years return, my daughters userid keeps populating.  when I delete hers and use mine it pulls up her 2016 tax return status.  How can I get access to my 2015 tax return?

Are you sure the user id is correct, it's not always your email address.
