Lost userid and password

I have my userid and password. When I try to access to look at last years return, my daughters userid keeps populating. when I delete hers and use mine it pulls up her 2016 tax return status. How can I get access to my 2015 tax return?

Are you sure the user id is correct, it's not always your email address.

Here are some tools that you can use to pull up your 2015 return. https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899319 If you still cannot get your 2015 return please contact customer service. They will ask you to verify your personal information before they can look into your account.
