Lost return

I checked a form and cannot  find my 2025 return. Please help me find it

To access the return, you may use the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared it. One of the most common reasons your return is missing is that it was filed under a different user ID.

To locate your 2025 return in your online account, try these:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account using the exact user ID you used to file.
2. Go to the Tax Home tab, start a new return by entering some basic personal info. This often "unlocks" the full menu.
3. On the Tax Home screen, select your tax returns and documents.
4. Click on the year 2025 and select Download/print return (PDF).
