Looping when trying to file

I am at the end. I payed for the TurboTax online edition, added my preferences for receiving my return and it keeps looping back to selecting how I want to receive my return. Won’t let me save and file

You might need to troubleshoot your web browser.

1. Turn off any pop-up blockers.
2. Try using a different web browser. For example, if you're using Chrome, try using Firefox or Safari.
3. Delete your browser cookies.

I did all of the things you suggested. What ended up working was I had to get a hold of a tech support person, which was very difficult. She had me download the desktop version and I filed using that version, the online one wasn't working. Must be a bug in the program.
