Your software is poorly designed for the average customer who uses your software once a year not everyday. Not having a password reset on the login screen for TurboTax which people use once a year is poorly designed and waste people's time and resources. Fix it or lose customers. Design the product for your user of that product not all your products. When I find a suitable replacement I will change to that product.

You don't even understand what I am saying. Your website sucks and you send me a link to how to reset. I wasted 20 minutes on that problem when the solution could already be there on the website. There is plenty on room on that page
