Hi I’m not getting the verification text message to my phone number to log in properly and the automated system will not connect me to a representative.

Two-step verification is when a user is required to provide additional verification after signing in. Often a verification code is provided to the user via text message or automated phone call.
Any time you sign in to an existing TurboTax account on an unrecognized computer or device, we'll ask you to verify your identity first.
You can disable that verification if you like, but its a security feature for your account. Please see the information below for assistance if you wish to disable it moving forward:
I hv changed password put in verification code and still no access. Then I changed address n phone number and difficulty there aswell.
