Question

Loading problem once I sign in

Once I log in to my turbotax account, I get a loading circle that will not let me click anywhere else on the page.  It is stuck on my federal return and will not respond to other clicks.  I have tried refreshing, using on different browsers (Firefox and Chrome) and tried different computers.

Please clear your browser cookies and try again. It should work for both Chrome and Firefox. Let us know if you still have any issues.

Hi, thanks for the response but I am still experiencing issues.  Anything else I can do?
