Loading problem once I sign in

Once I log in to my turbotax account, I get a loading circle that will not let me click anywhere else on the page.  It is stuck on my federal return and will not respond to other clicks.  I have tried refreshing, using on different browsers (Firefox and Chrome) and tried different computers.

Please clear your browser cookies and try again. It should work for both Chrome and Firefox. Let us know if you still have any issues.

Still having troubles, the page will flash like it is trying to reload the text box but always ends up with the loading circle.  It seems like it is trying to process the request but can't get confirmation.

Can you try Safari? <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://support.apple.com/downloads/safari">https://support.apple.com/downloads/safari</a> this seems like a browser cookie issue.

Tried Safari and still not getting any luck. It was working fine for me this morning and I was on to state taxes but when I tried to hit back, I ran into this problem.
