How do I generate the 1.199A-4(c)(2)(I) annual disclosure statement referred to n a K-1 from an LLP?

You would have to prepare the annual disclosure statement outside of TurboTax, and attach it to your tax return, which you would have to then mail in. 

The statement would report the following:

 - A description of each trade or business

 - The name and employer identification number of each entity in which a business is operated

 - Information identifying any business that was formed, ceased operations, was acquired or was disposed of during the year

 - Information identifying any aggregated trade or business of an RPE in which the individual holds an ownership interest

 - Such other information as the commissioner may require in forms, instructions, or other published guidance
